We pride ourselves in producing premium quality sod and providing excellent service.

Vissers Nursery & Sod Farm is a family owned and operated business that has been growing, delivering, and installing sod throughout Ontario since 1988. Our farm is located on over 700 acres of sandy loam type soil in the Region of Durham. We are located in southern Ontario and are therefore able to be one of the first sod farms to start harvesting sod in the spring and the last to stop in the fall. At Vissers’ Nursery and Sod Farm we pride ourselves in producing premium quality sod and providing excellent service. We know our customers’ needs and work with them to serve their interests. We get the job done, whether for a general contractor, landscape contractor, golf course, or home owner. In order to serve our customers needs better we grow two types of sod, #1 Kentucky Bluegrass and RTF Certified Fescue Grass. We also provide services such as sod delivery, sod installation, and hydroseeding. For installation projects we have small rolls (2ft x 5ft) and large rolls (3.6ft x 90ft) available.
